Photo on right overlooks the Chatham A's ball field, Oyster River and Nantucket Sound. The property is located on its' own private road with no through traffic. A 5 to15 minute walk will take you to everything Chatham has to offer including the village shops,   restaurants,  public golf course,  beaches,  band concerts,   playground,  fish pier,  etc. The cottage is bright, sunny and extremely well maintained.

The cottage has a huge, well protected front yard with private parking for 2 to 3 cars.

There is a full basement with washer and dryer and storage for bikes, etc.
